What brands do you carry? We can provide you with almost any name garmet. You can look through our online catalog here to see a wide selection of wearables that we can print on for you. How do I get you my artwork? That can be sent to us by email. File formats can be from almost any graphic program but for the best results a vector based format should be used. The higher the quality of artwork the better it will look on a shirt. After I send you my artwork how will I know how it'll look on a shirt? We create a page for you on our website that will show you the design as we'll print it and placement on a shirt. We'll send you the link for you to accept the design as is or to give us direction on changes you want. Can you print specialty inks, like glitter? Yes. We do quite a bit of printing with the specialty inks, including the glitters and glow in the dark. Can I get a sample? Sure. If your order is sizable, 100 shirts or more, we'll gladly provide a sample for free. If your order isn't at least 100 shirts we can still provide a sample but we have to charge you for it. What's your minimum order size? 12 pieces is our minimum. Anything less starts to become pretty expensive to screen, but if you want less than 12 ask us and we'll let you know the price. Can you print my design on other places of the shirt than the typical chest print? Yes. We've done the up high, off to one side and the waist print off to one side. Let us know if this is what you want. Can you do all-over printing? We're working on that right now and expect to have that capability available by April, 2008.. What is your return policy? We can't accept any returns for custom printed apparel. If there's a problem with the merchandise we'll work with you to resolve the problem.
